Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions Liability for Damages By booking with Vegas Lucky 7's Party Bus, you agree to the following terms: Responsibility for Damages: - The individual or group making the reservation is fully responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by any passengers during the rental period. - Damages include, but are not limited to: tears, stains, burns, spills, or breakage of equipment, fixtures, or upholstery. Fines and Penalties: - If damages occur, a repair or replacement fee will be assessed based on the extent of the damage. This fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking or invoiced to the reserving party. - A minimum fine of $250 will be charged for excessive cleaning required due to spills, stains, or other avoidable messes. Prohibited Actions: - Smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited onboard. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the service without refund and a fine of $500. - Any acts of vandalism or misuse of equipment will incur fines and may result in legal action. Alcohol Policy: - Passengers must comply with all local and state laws regarding alcohol consumption. - Underage drinking or supplying alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund. Unruly Behavior: - The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund if passengers engage in behavior that is deemed unsafe, illegal, or disruptive. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded, and will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. - No Shows: Any reservation not attended will be charged the full deposit amount and will be charged a no-show fee of $50. Right to Refuse Service: - Lucky 7’s Party Bus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or engages in behavior that may put the safety and comfort of others at risk. Personal Belongings: - Lucky 7's Party Bus is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left on the vehicle. Booking Cancellation or Delays: - Lucky 7's Party Bus reserves the right to cancel or delay services due to unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical failure, weather, or road conditions. Customers will be notified as soon as possible, and refunds or rescheduling options will be offered.
